01 · The Business
965PLAY is a Kuwaiti gaming and electronics house: Sony PlayStation consoles, the latest game releases, controllers, headsets and accessories — a complete destination for the console player. It is the largest community of the three 965 brands, closing in on ten thousand followers.
Two details mark it out as serious retail: it delivers inside and outside Kuwait, and it publishes clear warranty and returns policies — after-sales discipline that most social-commerce sellers never offer. Ordering is a single WhatsApp message away.

02 · The Research — why our AI Division selected it
ARCHALIGN's AI Division screens regional businesses against market data before we commit our name. 965PLAY sits inside the loudest growth story in Gulf consumer culture:
- The Middle East gaming market is compounding at scale. Valued at USD 5.14 billion in 2026, it is set to reach USD 9.32 billion by 2031.[1]
- Kuwait is one of its fastest movers. Kuwait's gaming market is forecast to grow at an 11.74% CAGR through 2031[1] — and in console consumption specifically, Kuwait posted the region's fastest growth at a remarkable 35.5% CAGR across 2013–2023.[2]
- The audience is young, connected and console-first. The GCC gaming boom is driven by young digital audiences, deep sovereign investment in esports, and 99%+ internet penetration in Kuwait — with a 2025 digital-commerce law giving online sellers institutional rails.[3]
"The region's fastest-growing console audience, served by a brand that already handles warranty, returns and cross-border delivery. The infrastructure of trust is built — it is ready to scale."
The strategic read: gaming retail in the Gulf is consolidating around sellers who can be trusted with high-ticket hardware. 965PLAY's after-sales policies are exactly that trust — and the proven route from social commerce to a full store to a physical gaming destination (41% of major Kuwaiti retail brands already run integrated online-offline models[4]) is the A-to-Z journey ARCHALIGN builds.
03 · What we found best — a human note
From the ARCHALIGN team, plainly
What won us over is the after-sales spine. Anyone can post a PlayStation and take DMs; almost nobody publishes warranty terms and a returns policy on Instagram. That is a seller thinking like a real retailer — protecting the customer after the money moves, which is where trust is actually made.
We also rate the ambition: delivery beyond Kuwait's borders means the brand already thinks regionally. With the Gulf's youngest, most connected gaming audience compounding double-digit every year, that ambition has a market to grow into.
